Welcome to Spendifique, a subscription-based expense management tool brought to you by FINGARDE TECHNOLOGIES INC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using Spendifique. By using our service, you're agreeing to these terms, so please read them carefully.

Spendifique is operated by FINGARDE TECHNOLOGIES INC., a company based in British Columbia, Canada. We help small businesses and bookkeepers manage expenses easily with smart tools.
2. Who Can Use Spendifique
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use Spendifique. Each business account has:
Admin(s): Manage the subscription, billing, and user access
Authorized User(s): Team members or bookkeepers invited by the Admin to use the tool

Spendifique is a paid service billed monthly or annually. Prices and features are listed on our website. Admins are responsible for:
Keeping payment info up to date
Paying all applicable fees and taxes
Canceling subscriptions if no longer needed
We don't offer refunds for unused time, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
5. Your Data and Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
6. What We're Responsible For (and Not)
We do our best to keep Spendifique running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free. We are not responsible for:
Any loss of data (please back up regularly!)
Financial or business decisions made using our tool
Third-party services or platforms you use alongside Spendifique
7. Termination
You can stop using Spendifique anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if there's a violation of these Terms or law. Some parts of these Terms (like limits on liability) still apply even after you stop using the service.

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you via email or through the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
9. Governing Law
